Welcome! I'm Jessica, owner and stylist at Hair's My Obsession, located inside Studio 217 in downtown Waukesha. I've created a relaxed, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, unwind, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself. I offer customized haircuts, dimensional color, balayage and lived-in color, gray coverage, formal and bridal styling, facial waxing, and gel manicures. Whether you're coming in for your regular maintenance or ready for something completely new, my goal is to create a look that works with your hair, your lifestyle, and your maintenance preferences. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
48+ HOURS NOTICE:
No cancellation fee.
24-48 HOURS NOTICE:
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) may be charged.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS | SAME-DAY CANCELLATION:
A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s) may be charged.
NO-SHOWS:
No-Shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
A valid card may be required to reserve appointments booked online. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required or a cancellation/no-show fee applies.
We understand that emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations happen and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment or a deposit before future appointments can be booked.
